How do I install my new mailbox?

Each mailbox comes with complete instructions for installation. Individual boxes can be installed on matching pedestals (sold separately) or mounted on most existing posts. Multiple tenant mailboxes are sold with pedestals that must be mounted onto concrete pads.

Please contact your local post office before installing the mailbox to ensure its correct placement.

How will my mailbox be shipped?

Individual mailboxes will be shipped via UPS. Multiple tenant mailboxes (CBUs) are delivered by motor freight. Shipping costs are included on all mailboxes.

What about sales tax?

Washington state residents pay 8.9% sales tax.

What if I need to return my purchase?

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All of our products are guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship and does not cover improper installation, vandalism or damage.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If this is not possible, please sign the bill of lading including the term "Subject to Inspection". This protects your rights should you discover damage upon opening the shipment. Report all damage to the freight company as soon as possible. All original packaging including outer carton and inner packaging must be retained for inspection by the freight company.

RETURNS

Returns (including all original packaging) will be accepted within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@stopmailtheft.com to request a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Returns without a RGA number will not be accepted or refunded.

Any shipping charges or damages are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is damaged upon receipt, the customer will be notified. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. Stopmailtheft.com will not issue a refund for damaged products.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
